Terms of Service

By accessing or using ListingClimb (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. ListingClimb is operated from India ("we", "us", "our").

ListingClimb is an AI-powered tool that analyzes Amazon.in product listings and provides optimization recommendations: title, bullet and description rewrites, backend search terms, live keyword rank checks, a photo audit, review analysis and Rufus readiness tips. To do this it reads publicly visible Amazon.in pages — your listing, its images and reviews, and the page-1 search results for your keywords. It never connects to your Seller Central account and cannot change your listing. The Service operates on a pay-per-scan credit model. We do not sell on Amazon, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activities under it. Notify us immediately at support@listingclimb.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Your first scan is free — one per person. Creating additional accounts to obtain further free scans is a breach of these Terms; we use device and network signals to enforce the limit and may decline a free scan on that basis.
• After that, credits are purchased in packs (1, 3, 5 or 20 scans) via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Each completed scan consumes one credit. A scan that fails does not. Credits never expire.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to optimize listings that violate Amazon's policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Resell or rebrand scan outputs as a managed service without a separate agreement
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Submit listings containing illegal, infringing, or harmful content

Scan outputs (titles, bullets, keywords, Rufus tips) are generated by AI models and are recommendations only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, sales lift, ranking improvement, or compliance with Amazon's style guide. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing output before publishing it on Amazon. We are not liable for any account suspension, listing rejection, or loss of sales resulting from use of the output.

The Service, its design, code, and brand are our property. Scan outputs you generate from your own product data are yours to use commercially. Your input data remains yours; we do not claim ownership.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@listingclimb.com. Unused credits are refundable pro-rata within the Refund Policy's 7-day window, and considered case-by-case after it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
