Refund Policy

Our Promise

ListingClimb offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on every credit pack purchase. If you're not satisfied with your scans for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@listingclimb.com from the email address registered with your ListingClimb account. Include:

  • Your registered email
  • The Razorpay payment ID (sent in your purchase confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of your request and credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Razorpay handles the actual settlement; we do not retain any portion of refunded funds.

  • Single Scan (₹149)
  • 5-Scan Pack (₹499)
  • 10-Scan Pack (₹899)
  • Power Seller 20-Scan Pack (₹1,499)

Partial Refunds

If you've used some scans from a multi-scan pack before requesting a refund, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis at the per-scan rate of that pack. The free first scan is not refundable as no payment was made.

After 7 Days

Refund requests received more than 7 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. Credits never expire and remain usable in your account indefinitely.
